Dear Physical Culture history enthusiasts,
Welcome to the twenty-first issue of MUSCLE MUSEUM FORUM!  As many of you know, we published this magazine from 2001 until 2009, the first twenty issues, in paper form – in fact, we still have requests for the original back issues from those years.  We have decided to continue where we left off, but this time we will publish it online.  And, of course, you are welcome to print out a hard copy for your Iron Sport collection.

Please direct any comments or questions to us directly by email musclemuseum2@gmail.com  Unlike many blog sites, we prefer more of a newsletter format, however we encourage readers to comment by email.  We will publish these in the Muscle Mail department in future issues.  If a "chat-room" environment is desired, we refer you to sites such as www.ironhistory.com  that do a great job of handling individual posts.

If you would like to submit an article for publication here, please do so by email attachment. We will be happy to review it for publication it in a future issue.

We are all about the history of our sport and the collecting of associated equipment, books, magazines, photos, and memorabilia from past years.  Here at the Muscle Museum in St. Augustine, Florida, we have amassed a fairly huge assortment of iron, paper, wood and even plastic items reflecting the past history of physical culture, including bodybuilding, weightlifting, exercise, fitness, and health.  We invite all of our subscribers to visit us when in Florida, we are close to Orlando and Disney World, and would welcome the opportunity to show you our museum.  Just call or email ahead so we may prepare for your visit.
